The following paragraph has nothing to do with Mrs Micikova's work (hence the 5 * rating), but I must mention it. What I can't identify is the amount of the commission (regardless of whether it is paid by the buyer or the seller). At today's real estate prices, it is in the order of 100 thousand, and I honestly can't imagine what services the real estate agency would have to provide me to say that I would like to pay such an amount and I feel good about it. RK can argue that this is how the market is set up and everyone does it, but that does not mean that it is right and the price is adequate. The second argument may be that thanks to them I will sell the real estate more expensive, which in my opinion is debatable, because the price is already increased by 3-5% commission RK and at the same time it artificially increases the prices of real estate on the market. On the other hand, when I sometimes see what other real estate agencies are able to produce for advertisements (there is no need to talk about the quality of brokers), the price / added value ratio at RE / MAX Delux is relatively good.
