Individual financing can be set up by mutual agreement between buyer and seller. We can arrange financing for the purchase of the property using our pre-arranged bank with pre-prepared property appraisals.

Thanks to the large volume of mortgages we arrange, we can also place a small developer in the banks among the large developers with all the advantages and arrange financing for the entire development project.

Making a reservation deposit

  • 5% blocking deposit of the purchase price of the property
  • The blocking deposit is due within 5 working days of signing the blocking agreement

Additional payment of the purchase price

  • 10% of the purchase price of the property after the signing of the Future Purchase Contract.
  • 45% of the purchase price of the property after completion of the rough construction.
  • 40% of the purchase price of the property after completion
