Making a reservation deposit
- 5% blocking deposit of the purchase price of the property
- The blocking deposit is due within 5 working days of signing the blocking agreement
Additional payment of the purchase price
- 10% of the purchase price of the property after the signing of the Future Purchase Contract.
- 45% of the purchase price of the property after completion of the rough construction.
- 40% of the purchase price of the property after completion
